We are a fast-moving start up experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a skilled Coordinator to join our pharmacy team! We have an online pet supplies store as well as an online pet pharmacy.

What you need:

• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Polite and professional phone manner
• Computer Literate
• Ability to multitask
• Work in fast paced environment
• Positive attitude
• Willing to learn.
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Sound understanding of veterinary and pet products.
• Vet nursing experience desired but not essential

What you’ll do:

• Manage the day to day of the pharmacy to ensure our targets are met.
• Manage a team of 2 staff members
• Order stock and manage stock level
• Review and improve our systems and procedures to gain efficiencies
• Ensure an efficient communication across the retail and pharmacy business units
• Help respond to customer enquiries from Australia
• Help answer all incoming pharmacy phone calls and emails
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to customers at all times
• Greet and service customers for walk in enquiries.
• Assist Pharmacist with admin duties
• Assist to Pick and pack online pharmacy orders
• Develop a winning team to continue provide the best support to pet parents.
