About the Role

The National Field Operations and Communications Executive acts as a conduit for timely and accurate information flow between the Field Team and broader Hill’s Pet Nutrition organisation.  The role provides support and guidance to the Territory Managers and Merchandisers in order to drive consistency and excellence in execution.  This role will drive excellence in execution in key 5P elements through weekly reporting and support the field team management and will have overall responsibility for the Field Automation tools utilization. They are responsible for working cross functionally with CDM / CDE’s & FSM’s to take the commercial & brand plans and develop strong internal field communications.

  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills and customer focus
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills and a willingness to adopt change
  • Digitally savvy - Google Suite or similar and applying digital tools to analyse sales data
  • Early adopter / appetite for digital transformation
  • Attention to detail and explicit follow through

 

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Nutrition
  • 2+ years experience in sales either in FMCG, animal health, pharmaceutical or other business fields within veterinary & nutritional brands
  • High degree of curiosity around technology advancement
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams
