About Us
Neove Pharma Australia develops, manufactures and sells high quality and cost-effective veterinary products for companion animals and production animals. As a result of strong growth, we now seek to add a National Business Development Manager - Livestock to our team.
What you'll do
- Create new opportunities and grow sales of cattle and sheep parasiticides.
- Identify target accounts and opportunities and work with them on business and growth.
- Increase sales across the business. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key accounts throughout the national customer base.
- Participate in the development of sales strategies for large accounts.
- Be the first point of contact for the Neove livestock products.
- Maintain records of activities, sales figures and relevant customer data.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated experience and contacts within the agribusiness industry (animal health or similar role).
- Proven ability to be able to effectively develop major accounts and sell products.
- Operational and strategic capability in account management.
- A passion for sales and resilience to work within a fast-paced agile environment.
- The ability to comprehend and communicate products to stakeholders.
- High level interpersonal skills and personal presentation.
- Reliable motor vehicle and full driving licence.
