About the Role

We are currently seeking a Livestock Nutritionist to join our team, based at our head office in Roseworthy, South Australia. You will play an integral role within the Technical Team, supporting our teams and key client base.

Key responsibilities include:

• Feed formulations - including establishing nutritional guidelines and maintaining and developing our raw material database.
• Provide technical support and nutritional advise to help increase customers future growth and profitability.
• Premix Formulations, including liaison with the commercial team.
• Support the nutritional and marketing teams develop nutritional guidelines resources
• Produce articles for newsletters as required for internal & external publications.
• Development and introduction of new products
• Sample Testing – supporting the Quality and Technical teams
• Support business growth and development in the nutrition sector offering an impressive portfolio of nutritional products

 

About You

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar capacity, well developed relationship management skills, exceptional communication skills and be a strong self motivator.

You will demonstrate the following essential attributes:

• Experience in Livestock Feed Formulation
• Effective communication skills with primary producers
• Strong background in Agriculture and the Livestock industry
• Can work both independently and as a member of the nutrition / sales team
• Bachelor of Science in Agriculture
• Ability to travel interstate
