Are you a vet nurse with strong hands-on skills and a passion for education?

UCOL’s veterinary nursing team are seeking a Lecturer to teach on our highly acclaimed programmes at the Manawatū Campus in Palmerston North.

With your expertise and relevant qualification in veterinary nursing you will teach on our NZ Certificate in Animal Technology L5 and NZ Diploma in Veterinary Nursing L6 programmes.

The team consider flexibility, innovation and engagement to be key in our staff. Our teaching and professional development are aimed to deliver education and evidence-based learning for the future. In the position you will actively contribute to the on-going development of veterinary nursing education within the tertiary environment including the implementation of innovative teaching practices such as the development of the digital learning environment.

While this role is a permanent, full time, 40 hours a week (1 FTE) position, part-time share options will be considered.
