Large Animal Veterinary Clinic Receptionist or Practice Manager

Are you passionate about animal care and customer service? Fairlane Veterinary Services is a growing equine and cattle ambulatory practice servicing South Taranaki. We are seeing a dedicated receptionist or practice manager to join our close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor. You are the face of Fairlane Veterinary Services.
2. Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations.
3. Assist with billing, invoicing, and client communication
4. Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff for seamless patient care.
5. Oversee administrative duties (stock management, ordering, reminder letters, filing, etc) and maintain office organization.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of dairy farming, and/or equine care, as well as experience in running the front office. We are happy to train the right person if need be.

• Strong communication skills is a must
• Ability to multi-task and work well with others
• A working knowledge of spreadsheets, and basic computer skills is a must.
