Our client is a global health care leader for animal health products, prescription medicines and vaccines. Due to recent growth, we are currently looking for Lab Technicians to join their team in Bendigo.

You would join the team on a casual basis working 2-3 days per week Monday to Friday. Opportunity for full time hours for the right candidate. There is Day Shift available 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Previous experience for lab based roles in an ultra-clean environment preferred but not essential.

Duties will include:

• Growing Viral or Bacterial antigens
• Preparing and filtering media
• Working in Clean Rooms
• Operating filling & packing machines
• Blending & filling animal vaccines
• Record keeping and documentation

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Laboratory experience highly regarded
• TAFE or degree qualification desirable but not essential
• High focus on personal hygiene and sterile practices
• High attention to detail and able to follow instructions
• Excellent Communication Skills
