About the Role

Join our team as a Part-Time Laboratory Assistant (HPSS Level 2 or 3), where you’ll play a vital role in supporting our laboratory operations. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic environment dedicated to delivering outstanding veterinary clinical pathology services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be a foundation team member at Aurora Veterinary Pathology and uphold our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Specimen reception duties and data entry.
  • Preparation and processing of patient specimens for analyses and referral testing.
  • Instrument start up and quality control procedures.
  • Performance of routine laboratory tests.
  • Maintenance of laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
  • Following established protocols and procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of services.
  • Managing courier bookings and general client queries
