We take great pride in caring for our clients pets needs and try to facilitate the move with the minimum of disruption or distress to the animal and pet owner. About the role

We now have an exciting opportunity for an International Pet Travel Consultant to join our growing team.  It will draw on your previous travel/logistics experience as well as introduce a few new procedures, that we're happy to help you out with!

Your day to day duties will include preparing quotes, servicing and booking our clients' pet/s international travel. Arranging and co-ordinating the processes required for the pets successful relocation.

• Assisting clients with pet relocation enquiries, both over the phone and online
• General administration tasks
• Liaising with drivers, government partners, airlines, agents, vets etc
• Providing accurate and informative quotes for our clients pets to travel
• Maintain up to date records for our clients bookings and accounts
• Learning country importing requirements (blood tests, permits, parasite treatments, timelines)

About You

As our newest team member, ideally we'd like you to have/be:

• A genuine love of all animals great and small, with detailed knowledge of cat/dog breeds and their varying needs
• Previous experience in international pet travel/logistics
• Attention to detail is an absolute must - government requirements are tricky and can change quickly
• Minimum of 2 years within the Pet Transportation industry
• Ability to work autonomously
• Great phone manner
• Patience and be understanding of clients needs
• Competent with computers and their programs
• A sound international geographical understanding
• High level of maturity and reliability
