Head Veterinary Nurse – Lead Our Skilled Team in a Progressive Companion Animal Clinic
Employment Type: Full-time (4.5 days per week, Saturdays on a roster)

About the Role:
As our Head Veterinary Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high standards of patient care. This leadership role requires excellent organisational and management skills, with a focus on mentoring and training junior nurses and students. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and commitment to teamwork will make you an invaluable part of our practice.
What We’re Looking For:
- Vet Nurse with a minimum of 7yrs experience, including some leadership roles
- Passion for mentoring and training junior nurses and students
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of care and attention to detail
- Confidence in managing clinical workflows and supporting a busy team
Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic
