Our client is one of Australia's leading manufacturers, distributors and marketers of animal nutrition products sold across a variety of channels including specialist retail, veterinary and pet/animal supplies.

As a result of their ongoing growth local and overseas expansion they now wish to appoint a talented Sales leader to their executive team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Leading the ANZ sales team to achieve the business plans.
• Development and execution of the sales strategy for the business across ANZ.
• Leading the "step change" as a sales leader to implement account planning, CRM and e-commerce in the business.
• New product, new market and key account management are just day-to-day challenges!

Personal Qualifications

• You must have a minimum of three years in a sales management position in the animal/pet food market.
• You are an outstanding charismatic leader who has a passion for success. Your results are easily recognised.
• You have experience working with end consumers and pulling product through the channel.
• As a Senior Executive you can bring value to the leadership team and will be excited about setting the direction for the business going forward.
