We are growing and as a result we have a new veterinary nursing position available.

We are a busy hospital, growing by word of mouth with a large team of more than 35 members comprising of veterinarians, nurses, animal attendants and administrative staff.

The Role
With a modern purpose built 100% small animal hospital with modern equipment, the successful candidate will undertake a variety of tasks with respects to ancillary and surgical nursing as well as veterinary consulting support.

This is a permanent full time role. The shifts are either 5 or 7.6 hours in duration, with even number of morning and evening shifts rostered between Monday to Friday, and every 2nd Saturday.  The practice is open from 8.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am to 3.00 pm Saturday.

Who we need
The successful candidate will have Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or 2 years nursing experience;
Will be a strong performer across clinical nursing;
Has the ability to develop their knowledge and skills of Cornerstone;
Is a  team player;
Works within OH&S and Company policies;
Candidates with senior nursing experience will be highly desired.
