Hartmann Young is working in partnership with a global biotechnology company in veterinary diagnostics, who are looking to add a Field Application Specialist to their team in APeC.

 

The role

• You'll visit customers to provide training and demonstrations, troubleshooting any technical issues to improve product performance.

• You'll participate in conferences, trade shows, webinars and seminars to study customer needs, learn about new developments and understand new technologies.

• You will also gather and analyse customer feedback to help drive product innovation and ensure company solutions meet market demands, keeping a pulse on the competition at the same time!

• You'll work collaboratively with Sales throughout, driving commercial growth and ensuring seamless product positioning.

 

Key experience

• Master of Science or PhD in Molecular Biology or Veterinary Medicine. Engineering, biochemistry or biotechnology would also be beneficial.

• Several years of laboratory experience, ideally using PCR or ELISA for diagnostic applications.

• Fluency in English is essential.
