About the role

This role offers a great opportunity for a pharmaceutical, food & beverage or manufacturing technician to contribute to an upstream processing division for vaccine production.

• Assemble and operate laboratory equipment, such as fermenters, single use bag systems, and filtration systems
• Perform aseptic inoculations and passaging of culture
• Work in a GMP sterile/clean room production facility

Skills & experience

• Formal science related qualification (advantageous)
• High degree of technical competence and scientific awareness
• Previous experience in a commercial GMP manufacturing facility (advantageous)
• Fermentation or biotechnology experience a distinct advantage
