Animates Vetcare is recruiting for a passionate Practice Manager to lead the team at our busy and established Botany Downs clinic.  The clinic is located close to Botany shopping centres, lots of options for lunch and even better a coffee shop next door.

We are a close-knit team that works hard, providing high quality care to our patients whilst having fun!

Our clinic is set up within the Animates store and our retail and clinic teams are very passionate about our community and patients.

We take pride in providing a supportive and safe workspace with great work life balance. We will provide everything you need (including leadership development) to enable you to do a great job and to allow you to grow as a valued member of our established and busy team.

What you'll be doing:

• Rostering shifts for clinic team
• Coaching and supporting your team
• Ensuring compliance by the practice in areas such as OSH, radiation and controlled drugs
• Managing stock control
• Implementing and organising in clinic training

What we're looking for:

• You have a recognised Diploma in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification;
• You are proficient in all-round clinical and surgical nursing (experienced nurse);
• You’ve got customer service experience and you work well in a team;
• You have computer skills and don’t mind learning new technology;
• You’re passionate about the veterinary industry and high standards of patient care;
• You ideally have some clinical management experience; and,
• Can do attitude, passionate about managing both people and a clinic.
