To be successful you’ll need to have:

  • Proven experience providing support to senior leaders in a sensitive, complex and busy environment
  • Excellent communication skills, as well as an eye for the details and a collaborative team player approach
  • The capacity to manage tight timeframes and competing deadlines within a small but geographically dispersed team.
  • Proven experience coordinating confidential matters combined with the demonstrated resourcefulness to initiate responses to urgent requests.

Why work for us?

  • You’ll be working for an organisation whose flexible work environment allows you to better manage your lifestyle and work commitments
  • You’ll become part of an amazing, experienced, professional & friendly team, contributing and learning from some of the best in the field
  • We are passionate about what we do, and if you share the same vision and drive, we want to work with you
