Customer service is the key to good relationships and ensuring that we provide a positive experience for all. Every sale we do is consultative! It's all about educating Clients, building long term relationships, and providing tailored solutions for complex facilities.
- You will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial inquiry through to a contracted sale. Reporting to the Equipment Manager and working alongside another Sales Consultant and our Project Coordinator.
- You will be providing equipment solutions to Animal Care Industry Facilities including: Veterinary Hospitals, Council Impounding Facilities, Non-For-Profit Animal Shelters, Boarding Kennels, Breeding Facilities etc.
- You will receive leads from across Australia and the Pacific region via phone or email or tender portal, and you will be expected to promptly identify the clients’ needs and requirements, communicate with vendors, use intricate quoting tools to determine price, formalise written quotes, follow up with clients and transfer quotes to an order.
What you'll need to fulfill this role:
- Proven Sales Record with 3-5 years’ experience in B2B capital equipment sales (preferred - vet industry sales desirable)
- High attention to detail and process driven, ability to satisfy the administrative requirements of the role using the CRM tool, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office to generate spreadsheets and proposals documents.
- The ability to think outside of the box to create a solution that exceeds the requirements of our clients.
- A desire to provide a seamless and positive experience for our clients driven by a need to exceed their expectations.
- The ability to read and translate plans and working drawings (desired)
