Do you have a passion for emergency and critical care medicine and want to work under the guidance of a Specialist Criticalist? Give us a call and find out about the opportunities we currently have available at Perth Veterinary Specialists.
If you have worked in an emergency and critical care unit previously, or completed your internship with an emergency rotation, or recently completed your membership exams we would love to speak to you.
Perth Veterinary Specialists are a leading multidisciplinary referral practice located in Perth’s inner northern suburbs. Under the guidance of Dr Melissa Claus, we are building a strong ECC unit that is focused on clinical excellence, patient care, and ongoing training designed to make you a better veterinarian. - Ongoing career support with ANZCVS Memberships encouraged
- Competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications
- Access to VIN, VECCS and many other resources
- Friendly, knowledgeable, and highly supportive team
- Paid parental leave (permanent employees)
About you:
- Qualifications as a Veterinarian, registrable with the Western Australian Veterinary Surgeons Board
- Experience as a Veterinarian with a keen interest and/or background in emergency medicine (MANZCVS ideal)
- Be committed to providing exceptional patient care
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently when required
- Exceptional organisation, time management and written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable and a positive ‘can do’ attitude!
