Melbourne Animal Specialist Hospital (MASH) is seeking highly motivated Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) veterinarians to join our purpose-built, independently owned specialist hospital located in Ringwood. In addition to our emergency and critical care department, we have specialists in small animal surgery, diagnostic imaging, and anaesthesia. Our hospital is fully equipped with on-site CT, DR, Ultrasound, IDEXX Lab, Flexible and rigid endoscopy, ventilators, and more to allow you to provide optimal patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional medical care to patients in the emergency and critical care department.
- Manage and treat a wide range of cases, including trauma, medical emergencies, and critical care cases.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Communicate with clients and referring veterinarians about patient status, diagnosis, and treatment plan.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure that patient files are complete and up to date.
Requirements:
- A degree in veterinary medicine and registration to practice in Victoria, Australia
- Experience in emergency and critical care is desirable, but we welcome veterinarians looking to develop their interest in ECC to apply
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and client service
