Melbourne Animal Specialist Hospital (MASH) is seeking highly motivated Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) veterinarians to join our purpose-built, independently owned specialist hospital located in Ringwood. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional medical care to patients in the emergency and critical care department.
• Manage and treat a wide range of cases, including trauma, medical emergencies, and critical care cases.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Communicate with clients and referring veterinarians about patient status, diagnosis, and treatment plan.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure that patient files are complete and up to date.

 

Requirements:

• A degree in veterinary medicine and registration to practice in Victoria, Australia
• Experience in emergency and critical care is desirable, but we welcome veterinarians looking to develop their interest in ECC to apply
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and client service
