The Opportunity

Bova Aus has more than doubled in growth in the last two years and we are currently seeking a Dispensary Technician to join our ever growing team on a Permanent Full-Time basis working 38hrs per week.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Reviews the script to ensure accuracy and appropriateness before dispensing commences.
• Ensure the correct formulation in accordance with the script has been finalised prior to dispensing the medication.
• Ensuring that appropriate computer software is utilised in accordance with all procedures.
• Ensure that the logs are kept up to date on the Intranet.
• Maintain the established procedures concerning quality assurance, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazard medications.
• Confirm that beyond use dating procedures are followed and that ancillary patient product labels are correct prior to labelling of product.
• Ensure status cards for critical equipment are in order and kept up to date.
