About the Job

We need an experienced Customer Service/Vet Nurse to join our Hamilton team. You will take ownership of managing our nurse consult services, providing expert advice and support to pet owners. Responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with customers
• Managing appointment scheduling
• Retail sales, phone bookings and enquires, stock control, banking, end of day,
• Conducting nurse consults for routine procedures such as vaccinations, nail trims, and weight management
• Providing advice and guidance to pet owners on a variety of topics including nutrition and preventative care
• Assisting veterinarians with exams, treatments and procedures as needed
• Maintaining accurate patient records in ezyVet

About You

You‘re a Diploma qualified, experienced Vet Nurse with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’re a team player with a can-do attitude that brings out the best in those around you. Flexibility to work weekends as needed is a must.
