Cenvet Australia is a leading distributor of animal health and pet care products to the veterinary industry; we are looking for a talented customer service professional with animal health experience to join our Kings Park, NSW team.

 

Responsibilities / about the role:

  • Processing customer telephone orders;
  • Answering inbound customer calls relating to product queries;
  • Calling customers to build strong relationships and increase sales potential;
  • Provide adhoc admin support to the sales team;
  • Hours of work are full-time, Monday to Friday (permanent, 40 hours per week).

 

About you:

  • Previous vet nursing or veterinary industry experience;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Confident computer skills;
  • Conflict resolution capabilities;
  • Motivation, be driven to meet deadlines;
  • Customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
