We are a fast-moving start up experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our pharmacy team! We have an online pet supplies store as well as an online pet pharmacy.

What you need:

• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Polite and professional phone manner
• Computer Literate
• Ability to multitask
• Work in fast paced environment
• Positive attitude
• Willing to learn.
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Sound understanding of veterinary and pet products.
• Pharmacy experience desired but not essential

What you’ll do:

• Answer phone enquiries
• Respond to customer emails
• Prepare & dispense medication
• Greet and service customers for walk in enquiries.
• Communicate with Vets in regard to prescriptions
• Review and improve our systems and procedures to gain efficiencies
• Ensure efficient communication within the pharmacy business
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude to customers at all times
• Assist to Pick and pack online pharmacy orders
• Develop a winning team to continue provide the best support to pet parents.
