As we continue to expand our global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team and lead excellence in customer service.

 

About the role

The focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and will be our #1 point of contact for all sales and customer enquiries. This role is part time, 3 days a week, in the office, 8.30am-4.30pm, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Responding to all customer enquiries, whether emailed, or by phone within a timely manner and in accordance with guidelines.
  • Ensure all changes needed on orders such as changing subscriptions, cancelling orders, returns are executed timely and notified to our supply team
  • Ensure late orders are tracked and communicated to customers
  • In this role, you may also be required to contact store owners or managers to provide updates on our range or check on their latest activities
  • Working autonomously and being motivated to succeed and hit targets on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Travel and assist in the smooth delivery of key events in the industry eg conference organised by key retailers, national conference Equitana.

To be successful in this role we are looking for you to have:

  2. Abitlity to resolve conflicts constructively
  3. Experience in sales or experience in a customer facing role
  4. Excellent time management, handling various priorities
  5. Great attention to detail
  6. Solution-orientated and a winning can do attitude
  7. Excellent computer skills
