RSPCA NSW – What we do:

With over 500 staff, RSPCA NSW works with the community to prevent cruelty to animals. This is carried out through the shelters and veterinary hospitals dedicated to treating, rehabilitating and rehoming animals as well as through various education programs.

About the Role:

A part time role, 3 days in the office, 1 day working from home. This 12 month contract has the potential to become permanent.

  • Host corporate groups in Yagoona animal shelter
  • Demonstrate maintenance activities and animal handling
  • Provide content to digital team for social media
  • Administration of Corporate Support Day program
  • Manage event enquiries and bookings
  • Coordinate and plan small-scale corporate events

 

About You:

You will have the confidence to interact with people from all walks of life and will possess strong time management and organisational skills. Plus:

  • Previous experience working in Event management
  • A background in Animal welfare
  • Experience in fundraising
  • Current unrestricted driver’s license
  • Previous CRM experience preferably Salesforce
  • Confidence in public speaking
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Comfortable working with and handling animals
  • Reasonable level of fitness to demonstrate animal handling
