We are seeking a Vet who is interested in driving a busy Clinic, being a role model for New Grads and supporting experienced Vets and Nurses.

Who are we?

Northside Vet Care is located in Strathpine, North Brisbane. It is a longstanding practice and shifted to a new state of the art facility in late 2023.

The clinic is modern, well-equipped and designed for the future (take a virtual tour using the link below). It is a busy multi vet practice with an excellent support team in place. The clinic has two separate theatres as well as a dedicated dental suite to allow space for visiting specialists when required.

Northside Vet Care is part of the family owned Judhar Group which is owned and operated by husband & wife team, Andrew Beattie and Dr. Judy Harbison.

The clinic is built on a foundation of passion and care for the veterinary industry. With a skilled and experienced veterinary support team, you’ll be joining a network of like-minded colleagues who provide support and collaborate throughout your day. Our strength lies in balancing gold standard care for our patients, with a fun and supportive work environment.

 

We are looking for candidates with:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience
• High clinical standards and the ability to perform routine and advanced surgeries independently
• Diagnostic and treatment skills to manage common medical issues, oversee clinical work, and guide associate veterinarians • Strong communication and leadership skills
• A collaborative, friendly attitude
• Bonus skills: ultrasound, orthopaedics and advanced dentistry (not essential)
