The role of the Clinical Case Manager (CCM) is to be responsible for case management on the VetCT platform. Managing our internal platform ensuring cases have been received with all relevant information and assigning these cases to the radiologist team. The CCM team assesses and manages client expectations, to maximize the efficiency of our company to handle varied cases from all time zones with different degrees of urgency.
The CCM Team works closely with VetCT’s radiologist team, offering support and forming strong relationships within the worldwide team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy speaking to international radiologists and other veterinary specialists on a daily basis, and have a calm, professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
● Day to day case management - handling incoming veterinary radiology and telemedicine cases
● Coordinate relationship between clients and Radiologists
● Identifying client needs - areas for additional support.
● Triage of urgent / critical incoming veterinary cases
● Trouble-shooting image transfer and software platform usage (full training will be provided)
● Veterinary customer service via telephone and email communication
● Database ownership and management
● Networking with vets, veterinary nurses and veterinary industry contacts
Experience and Qualifications
● Knowledge and/or experience of the veterinary industry
● Knowledge and/or experience in digital medical imaging
● Experience of coordinating multiple clients
● International experience is highly desirable
● Confident computer skills essential (PC/Mac)
● Experience in using Word, Excel and ideally file upload systems
● Ability to tackle / troubleshoot minor IT problems.
