As part of our growth, we are looking for an exceptional Clinic Development Manager to join our Melbourne team.

 

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for establishing and expanding clinic referral relationships including vet clinics (corporate and independent), emergency vet hospitals & specialists veterinary clinics,
  • Creating long lasting mutually beneficial relationships with our partners.
  • Bringing awareness to and pioneering the benefits of home euthanasia
  • Increase referral business within the region

 

Job Duties

  • Calling on veterinary clinics to introduce Goodbye Good Boy and the benefits of home euthanasia to clinic operations and client experience
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clinic managers, reception staff and veterinary staff
  • Ensuring clinics have appropriate collateral and information to recommend Goodbye Good Boy
  • Providing regular “lunch and learn” sessions with clinic staff and veterinarians to promote Goodbye Good Boy
  • Conduct workshops to promote euthanasia best practise and up-skill clinic teams in this often overlooked area
  • Utilising and updating our CRM (Hubspot) and reporting on market insights
  • Raising the company profile by attending relevant seminars or events

 

Skills Required

The position is full time, predominantly working Monday to Friday, however occasional weekend work trade shows & events may be required

  • You will have extensive knowledge of veterinary clinic operations
  • You will be a qualified Veterinarian (preferred), Vet Nurse or Practise Manager looking for a change from clinic life but still wanting to make an impact on the lives of pets and their owners
  • You will be an excellent communicator and highly organised to make the best use of your time
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Reliable transport with the ability to travel throughout Melbourne
