Animalius Vet (www.animalius.vet) is Perth’s newest referral veterinary practice. Our hospital offers referral veterinary services (imaging, medicine, surgery, anaesthesia and dentistry) with outstanding veterinary care. Architect designed for better workflow, our clients report feeling relaxed in our waiting lounge, and their animals, our patients, feel less stressed. We are a supportive and creative workplace. Our hospital is located on a major transit corridor in Perth’s inner east in Bayswater, with access via freeway, train, bus and bike.

We are looking to expand our amazing client services team. We want an individual with

• an eye for detail, who thrives in a large and complex team

• a balance between empathic and engaging client interaction
• the ability to learn fast, react positively and support the team
• a natural grasp of computer systems and new technology, and a capacity to adapt
• a “can-do” attitude.

A part time position (3 to 4 days per week) is on offer between Monday to Friday, 7.5hr shifts, 10:00am to 6:00pm. Must be available Thursday's at a minimum.

Experience in the veterinary industry or medical scheduling roles would be looked upon favorably however is not essential.
