We will provide a complete range of clinical services to our patients with all three of the hospitals in our network working collaboratively. About the Role:

Our client services team represents a pet owner’s first impression of SASH and the service we strive to offer is 5 stars. This is a permanent, full time position, however we would consider a part time position for the right person. As we are a 24hr facility, this person will be working a mixture of shifts across a 12-hour roster. This truly is a reception positions like no other, where no two days are the same.
Some of the task include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting of clients and organising waiting room workflow.
  • Management of high volume email inbox
  • Coordination and booking of appointments both over the phone and in person
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and the clinical team.
  • Handling of cash, EFTPOS and other payments
  • Requesting results, samples and other documents from third parties.

 

About You:

Our Client Services team is close knit and we are looking for a likeminded and dedicated individual to join our friendly and vibrant team. This is a position that will be challenging and is not for the fainthearted. We are looking for someone who can bring a positive, engaging and helpful attitude to the role. To be considered for the position, you will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume reception or administration based position
  • Proven ability to take initiative and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Display an empathic yet resilient attitude
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent work ethic
  • A great team play with an ability to work autonomously when required
  • Passionate about animals and providing excellent customer service
