Description

Looking for a brilliant Client Care Representative to join our team

Albany Creek, Brisbane, QLD

We are a privately-owned 21-year-old veterinary practice with a young, knowledgeable team of legends, and established clientele. We are looking for an experienced Client Care Representative to dazzle our clients with warm and prompt service in Reception. The role is full-time and will include either open or close shifts (outside of school hours), with occasional half-day Saturday shifts.

Petmania’s goals are to support fellow team members, practice great medicine and have satisfied, educated clients, all whilst enjoying ourselves along the way. We believe in a non-judgmental and real-world approach, and strive to develop long-lasting relationships both within our team and with our clients.

About us:

We don’t expect you to have any veterinary experience – in fact all of our Client Care Representatives are from other areas of life, and we love that about them! All our clinical teammates are fully qualified and easy to work with, so you will learn the veterinary side as you go. You bring the energy, warmth and welcoming smile, and we’ll teach you the rest.

Our dedicated Client Care Representatives are the first and last faces our clients see during their visits, which can range from excitingly introducing new puppies and kittens to the world, to the grief of older pets crossing the rainbow bridge. Your day will be varied, as together we deal with whatever comes through the door.

We take an holistic approach to care, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Cold Laser Therapy, Underwater treadmill and on-site CBD compounding, showing we are a dynamic clinic committed to growth.

  • No after-hours, Sunday or public holiday work.
  • Considerable employee benefits, including snack station, catered team lunches and a generous staff discount program.
  • We are known for being flexible and understanding around personal and family commitments, and we endeavour to help every team member create a great work/life balance, whatever that looks like for you.

About you:

  • A desire to be part of a collaborative work environment
  • Reliable, with a positive, non-judgemental, friendly and professional attitude.
  • A sense of humour (preferably dark humour!) and the ability to enjoy a laugh, sometimes at ourselves.
  • Attention to detail and be accountable for your work.
  • Multitasking receptionist skills across phone calls, in-person greetings, and managing a busy schedule.
  • Independent and self-motivated whilst also knowing when to ask for help.
  • A willingness and readiness to continue to learn new processes and products.

Now what?

If you believe you could be the right fit for our Petmania team we’d love to hear from you. We can have you in for a tour and a chat first, or you can send your resume through for consideration right now to our Practice Manager, Jo McDonald, at jo@petmaniavets.com.au
