We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Client Care Manager for our Gold Coast hospital. As an integral member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for the development of Client Care strategy, team management, inspiring and developing our dedicated and accomplished Client Care team to be the best versions of themselves and to succeed in whatever they do. To achieve team success there is an expectation the CC Manager would be available work a combination of weekday’s, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, the CC Manager will work closely with their peers (Veterinary Nurse Manager and Veterinary Manager) to elevate the connectedness and performance across our hospital.
