Overview
Laboratory Animal Services (LAS) is responsible for the use of animals used for research, maintaining facilities and aspects of compliance.  Operating within a highly regulated environment, LAS staff are committed to high animal welfare standards whilst supporting the universities biomedical research program through efficient delivery of services.

Role
The Animal Attendant will provide basic animal husbandry and related support services essential to the efficient, safe and tidy operations of animal facilities.  Providing routine inspections on weekends and delivery of essential animal husbandry services on public holidays may be required.  Working hours for the successful candidate(s) may vary.
