We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Transformation Manager to join the Queen's Veterinary School Hospital. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. The Queen's Veterinary School Hospital is a teaching and referral hospital, providing veterinary care 24/7, 365 days a year and with a reputation both nationally and internationally as a centre for excellence in many areas of veterinary medicine.

This role will be responsible for the management of Change and Quality Assurance within the hospital. The role holder will act as change management expert and take the lead on transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition, and the changes are effectively integrated into the business. They will focus on the changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures, while their primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies.

You will need demonstrable experience of change management, budget constrained projects, systems reviews and strategy development and implementation. We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience.
