AdelaideVet is a busy ASAV accredited small animal hospital based in the Eastern suburbs of Adelaide. We practice a high standard of veterinary medicine and client service, and all staff are supported by a large team of dedicated and professional people. About the role:

Working closely with the senior management team, the successful applicant will have exceptional business and people skills that influence and drive business performance and sustainability. You will have extensive experience in operational management, including managing strategic business initiatives and a strong analytical focus.

This role requires multi-management across our four busy clinics, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in driving overall business performance to ensure outstanding customer service outcomes. Along with the ability to engage, lead, motivate and mentor teams, and build a strong organisational culture.

Relevant tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded along with experience in managing key functions including:

• Extensive experience in operational management
• Finance
• Organisational development
• Marketing
• Communications
• Business improvement
• Corporate governance that underpins a strong customer service and continuous improvement ethos
