Riverina Equine Veterinary Services (REVS)  is a busy ambulatory veterinary practice providing specialised care to horses in Wagga Wagga and surrounding districts. Established in 2013, our mobile vet clinic provides high quality care to horses and utilises cutting edge technology.

This role requires confident and effective leadership including:

• Ensuring that our client experience is consistently exceptional
• Nurturing and growing our positive team culture
• Coordination of the day-to-day smooth running of our business
• Facilitate and implement events, training, and systems integration
• Management of all elements of REVS Human Resources
• Finance and payroll management
• Marketing and website coordination.
• Supporting the team with other duties when they are needing assistance

At REVS, we specifically seek people who are passionate about providing high quality client service.  For this Business Manager role, we are looking for someone special:

• You have proven management and leadership skills. Experience in the veterinary industry is valued, but not essential. 
• You're an experienced marketer who knows how to have a big impact.
• Your communication and operational management skills are exceptional. You enjoy bringing out the best in your team. 
• Your computer skills are pretty fantastic (especially excel and word), and you know your way confidently around Xero or MYOB.
• You have a broad skillset. There is nothing that you’re afraid to have a crack at. 
• You're organised, thoughtful and know how to build strategies that get results. 
• You love animals!!

Remuneration is competitive and above award. Part time applicants will also be considered.
