Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the National Sales Manager (based in Melbourne) you will be maintaining and increasing the existing client portfolio, conducting product training and report to head office on a weekly basis.

If you have experience working with animals or has Veterinary qualifications - this is definitely a role for you.

About You 

Ideally, you will have a vet nurse, sales or an insurance background and proven results in meeting targets/budgets and KPI. The successful candidate must have high level of customer service/relationship building skills and ideally experience with conducting group training sessions.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Veterinary experience , highly desirable
• Proven track record of success in sales where you consistently exceed targets
• Exceptional communication and written skills.
• A hunter approach to new  business development whilst being able to work   autonomously to deliver results.
• Experience with computers and applications software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.
• Must have a current drivers license
• Genuine desire to work within the pet/insurance industry

The position is full time, predominately working Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required as this role requires travel throughout NSW with occasional weekend work trade shows & events.
