Description

Specialised Animal Nutrition Pty Ltd (SAN) is a pet/vet industry importing, distribution and brand management business supplying wholesalers, vet clinics, pet shops and rescues. We are the exclusive distributor of Oxbow Animal Health products in Australia. We are a small team based two minutes off the M1 in Nerang.

 

The Position:

We are seeking a Brand Coordinator to assist with our marketing, customer outreach and events activities.  We are specifically looking for a highly organized self-starter with professional standard written and verbal skills, who is very tech capable, happy in a small business environment and who loves getting in and getting the job done.

35 hours over 5 days but can be flexible to suit the right candidate.

 

Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Manage website content and e-commerce products and systems
  • Manage our B2B marketing initiatives including conferences, customer relations, promotions, etc
  • Develop new educational and marketing materials
  • Customer Service – being a primary point of contact for our customers via both outbound and inbound e-mail and phone
  • Coordinate our support of animal welfare, rescue, and community events
  • Oversee our Customer Relationship Management system

 

Essential Skills and Experience: 

  • Minimum two years experience in a similar trade or promotion role in B2B
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP, CRM, WordPress, Mailchimp, Adobe, Canva and Microsoft applications
  • Intermediate digital and social media experience / knowledge to maintain websites, plugins, and content / posts
  • Veterinary nursing or animal industry experience will be highly regarded.
  • Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to multi- task and prioritize
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, self-motivated and a can-do attitude
