We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team! Your key purpose is to always guarantee all pets health and wellbeing. You will work in partnership with the local veterinary Hospital to implement preventive medicine plans, daily health care checks and all welfare techniques, including socialisation and environmental enrichment.
Your key responsibility will be to assist the Pet Care Centre (PCC) Manager.
A day in the life of...
- General administration
- Work with people of different levels of seniority
- Complete ongoing training
- Assist with budget management
- Complete HR, SHE activities as needed
- Site maintenance as directed
- Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of all animal trials, whilst guaranteeing the welfare and health of the pets.
- Ensure compliance with NPP values and with regulatory requirements of external stakeholders such as Government Authorities involved in aspects of pet welfare
What will make you successful
- Veterinary or Animal Scientist. Master’s degree is preferable
- Experience in vet practices and pet welfare with dogs and cats is a plus
- Facility management is helpful
- People management and budget management experience is great
- Manage visitors on site
- Ability to represent Nestlé to authorities.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external groups.
