Position: Area Manager

Location: Perth, WA

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics.
• Support the implementation of processes to maximise our efficiency and effectiveness in supporting our clinics.
• Foster a culture of adaptability, accountability and continuous improvement within each team.
• Act as a liaison between Practice Managers and the leadership team to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Support Practice Managers in achieving clinical, operational and financial goals, providing guidance and resources as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in multisite management will be highly regarded, ideally within the veterinary or healthcare industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams through servant leadership principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and teamwork.
• Experience in implementing scalable systems in a fast-changing environment.
• Familiarity with commonly used Practice Management Systems (PMS) is highly desirable.
