Your day will involve operating and maintaining the Redland animal shelter facility to ensure the health and welfare of animals in our care, and support our highly succesful animal adoption program, whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service to the residents of the Redlands Coast. We are seeking passionate animal lovers with brilliant customer service skills! In addition, knowledge of domestic animal behaviours, hygiene and husbandry, with experience in the welfare of dogs, cats, poultry and livestock is desirable. Outstanding organisation and time management skills will be utilised to ensure team objectives are met.
This position can be a challenge so candidates must be confident handling sensitive and/or emotive customer service, enforcement and compliance issues.
