Te Tūranga | About the role

As an Animal Services Technical Support you will provide administrative support to the Animal Services Team. You will maintain relationships with internal and external clients offering excellent customer service and responding to queries in a timely manner. You will be responsible for providing monthly statistical reports, managing dog registration, complaints and impound processes.

This role is 30 hours per week, worked across Monday to Friday at our Cameron Road office.

 

This role includes:

  • Processing applications to register dogs and maintaining the TCC dog register
  • Ensuring customers receive accurate information and experience a high level of service
  • Interpreting relevant legislation and applying this practically to complaints, impounded dogs and customer queries
  • Managing the Animal Services General Ledger and processing invoices for payment

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ozone and SAP experience would be advantageous
