We are currently offering a great opportunity for an experienced Animal Health Specialist to support our Albury branch.
About the opportunity:
You will be responsible for driving animal health and nutrition sales with technical support within the Animal Health and Nutrition category.
- The role will cover the regional areas and customer base around the Albury Wodonga region.
- This is a customer facing role, with a key focus on building relationships, offering support and specialist animal health and nutrition advice to our customer base in order to develop the animal health and nutrition portfolio.
- The role requires you to keep up to date with the market, identifying trends and product opportunities to ensure business growth
- Educating the Sales team in our branches on animal health & nutrition products, supplier updates, commercial offers, and best practice.
About you:
- A tertiary qualification in agricultural science, animal science, Veterinary science or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working within an animal health/ nutrition product category in the agriculture or veterinary field will be highly regarded
- You’ll have experience within a customer facing role, ideally gained within the agricultural and/or veterinary field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You’ll be confident with customer appointments and meeting new customers
- A current driver’s license
