About your new role

As Animal Health Regulatory Affairs Associate you will manage and oversee regulatory requirements in Australia, New Zealand and designated overseas countries; provide compliance advice on statutory, industry and corporate requirements related to the regulation of animal health products in Australia, New Zealand and designated countries.
Your day-to-day tasks will include…..
- Support the Head of Regulatory Affairs in delivering regulatory compliance advice and successful registration outcomes for the business
- Submit regulatory applications according to agreed filing plan
- Provide regulatory support/advice to overseas affiliates as required and provide registration dossiers for global expansion.
- Review advertising and promotional material to ensure compliance with local AU regulations
- Approve product labelling for compliance to local regulations
- Analyse and review technical product information for compliance to local regulations
- Analyse and approve formulations, supporting evidence and product development in compliance to local regulations.
- Compile dossiers and submissions for registered animal health products
- Provide timely regulatory / technical / scientific advice to support regulatory compliance
- Proactively identify, correct and resolve compliance issues
- Project manage regulatory activities in support of new product launches for portfolio
About you!
- Degree qualified in a science, nutrition or animal health discipline.
- At least two years of broad range regulatory experience in animal health in particular, submission of registration dossier to the APVMA.
- You have an eye for detail, outstanding organisational skills and an ability to work within a structured and focused approach
- Strongly service-focused and collaborative in your way of working with colleagues, customers and suppliers
- A growth mindset with a positive and optimistic attitude
- You are a good communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to multi task
- Able to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative, you go seeking opportunities to help colleagues
The role is….
- Full time, 5 days per week
- Office-based or working from home arrangements will be considered
- Based in Collins Street, Melbourne or Lane Cove Sydney
- Salary is negotiable based on experience
- Reporting through to the Chief Operating Officer
