This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person to join the biggest company in Animal Health. You will be responsible for providing friendly, professional and efficient service to the internal and external customers of our business.
We are offering a full-time, permanent opportunity to join the Zoetis Customer Service team. We are seeking someone who can work closely with a friendly, passionate team who strives to provide the best customer service in our industry.
Our colleagues make an impact by working hand-in-hand with those who raise and care for animals to better understand and address the real-world challenges they face.
Responsibilities
- Attending to regular phone queries from our customers (both internal and external)
- Order entry and fulfilment
- Outbound selling – helping customers take advantage of buy breaks and promotions
- Monitor customer email correspondence to ensure responses and follow ups are within our internal KPI’s
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive outcome and experience for customers
- Proactively service a group of customers to help grow their business.
- Ad-hoc tasks to support the greater business
- Work closely with our logistics partner
The successful applicant will have:
- SAP experience preferred
- Animal Health industry experience highly regarded
- 2+ years previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong organisational and administrative competencies
- Ability to problem solve
- High attention to detail
- A positive and proactive work ethic, self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal daily direction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work well with a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
