Animal Care Attendants

We are looking to expand our team due to the rapid growth of our new business post COVID.

Bark Avenue Luxury Pet Resort, located in Moorooduc, is the Mornington Peninsula’s newest ,state of the art, luxury pet resort.  Bark Avenue prides itself in having a relaxed, quiet and fun social environment for its guests. All guests spend significant time during the day in supervised play groups in multiple sessions with rest times in-between.

It is the only pet resort which is fully equipped with reverse-cycle air-conditioning and acres of exercise areas.

Experience is an advantage though not essential. Staff spend approximately 4.5 hours out with the dogs with the rest of the day spent with things like meal preparation, cleaning, bathing guests etc.

Looking for applicants who enjoy being part of a team dedicated to comfort and happiness of our guests.  The role is reasonably physical with a lot of time spent on your feet exercising the dogs in our large paddock play areas.

The position is Full-Time.  

The day starts at 7am and finishes at 5.00. Candidates will be required to work every second weekend (though staff can swap weekends to fit in social needs) and need to be prepared to work Public Holidays (including Christmas) as part of a rotating roster.
